    BOSU TRAINING FOR IMPROVED CORE STRENGTH

    Primarily used in balance training, the BOSU helps to improve your core strength and expand your range of motion. The goal is to make sure your body is able to work as a unit rather than as individual segments. Too often the focus with exercising is on target areas so the core is overlooked.
