Using the BOSU balance Trainer, Mindy Mylrea will show you how to effectively design and teach safe, goal orientated conditioning drills that can be used for general or sports related training.

The BOSU® DVD Total Sports Conditioning Format consists of:

Warm-Up - Rehearsing Sports movements and acclimatising to the BOSU
Segment I - Movements involving lateral agility, vertical jumping and fast foot drills
Segment II - Practice drills that relate to specific sport
Segment III - Perform strength and cardio drills that can be done solo, with a partner or a medicine ball
