BOSU® for Kids
Balance is the cornerstone to foundational movement, but over time our kids have forgotten how to move! Gain a greater understanding of the challenges that we as Fitness Professionals face when trying to get our kids to move.
Using the BOSU Balance Trainer this workshop focuses on the integration of body & spacial awareness and how we can train to improve balance and movement skills. Learn the science of movement, basic athletic training methodology and how to coach, progress and regress drills to encompass all levels of ability.
