Product and Course Orders
Our products and courses relating to certifications, workshops and events are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
We endeavour to ensure that our product and course list is current however we make no promises as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase. Where these additional charges have not been applied with large items (due to weight & dimensions) it will be necessary for Perform Better Australia to contact you regarding additional charges.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and payment/credit card details. We take due care with this information however when you provide us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to an error in transmission or virus or malware.
We undertake to accept or reject your order within Seven (7) days. If we have not responded to you within Seven (7) days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase. The most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock or we could not contact you for further clarification on the order.
Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page. For all courses, on completion of attendance or exam where required a Certificate of completion will be forwarded to the purchaser.
At the time of conducting your transaction insurance is included for delivery to the designated address. Once the goods have been delivered and accepted by ‘signature’ or ‘Authority to Leave’ breakage, loss or damage to the goods becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All orders will be shipped with current available inventory. Customers will be notified by phone or email of any items that are out of stock. If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. All back ordered items are sent within Australia via Registered Mail or Courier.
