Perform Better Australia offers a variety of quality fitness events, courses, workshops and online studies to help you get qualified or informed. Simply find the area you want to be trained in and select the training method. To find out more click on the training sections below.




  • Event (1-3 days): Courses are in-depth, close-up, hands-on learning experiences over several days. Participants are assessed on skills and competencies learned. You will leave being able to understand and do everything presented to you from programming to implementation, safely with your own clients.
  • Course (2 hours - 1 Day): Workshops are short programs designed to give you a snap shot of what can be learned in courses. There is no assessment on competencies, and no qualifications are issued. Workshops are stepping-stones to further knowledge.
  • Online Studies (2+ hours): Online studies are self-paced and particularly useful for fitness pros who want to expand skillsets in preparation for more in-depth studies. Online studies provide useful knowledge for using practical fitness tools and in programming for those tools.
