With comfortable, adjustable, fabric leg straps and bands that easily clip on and off, the Band-ITS Lower Limb Kit supports dynamic lower body movements so you can supercharge your workouts.

The Band-ITS Lower Limb Kit will challenge hip strength, pelvic stability and core control – making it an ideal tool in a Pilates or clinical rehab setting. Exercises can progress from lying/seated all the way to standing, jumping and single-leg work. Allowing for a truly functional approach to core strength.

Safe and effective for older adults, the bands can assist with functional strength, power and balance.

Each Lower Limb Kit comes with 5 different strength resistance bands to choose from. Swap between small controlled exercises and big, dynamic movements, and progress your training as you get stronger.
