We offer a variety of quality health and fitness events, courses, workshops and online studies .

Our products and courses relating to certifications, workshops and events are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

We endeavour to ensure that our product and course list is current however we make no promises as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase. Where these additional charges have not been applied with large items (due to weight & dimensions) it will be necessary for Perform Better Pro-Ed to contact you regarding additional charges.

When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and payment/credit card details. We take due care with this information however when you provide us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to an error in transmission or virus or malware.

We undertake to accept or reject your order within Seven (7) days. If we have not responded to you within Seven (7) days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase. The most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock or we could not contact you for further clarification on the order.

Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page. For all courses, on completion of attendance or exam where required a Certificate of completion will be forwarded to the purchaser.
At the time of conducting your transaction insurance is included for delivery to the designated address. Once the goods have been delivered and accepted by ‘signature’ or ‘Authority to Leave’ breakage, loss or damage to the goods becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

All orders will be shipped with current available inventory. Customers will be notified by phone or email of any items that are out of stock. If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.
All back ordered items are shipped within Australia via Australia Post or Courier

Shipping charges will be added and vary according to size, weight and destination. Perform Better Pro-Ed utilizes registered post or couriers for the fastest delivery method. Please allow for 2-7 working days for delivery within Australia.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If you are not completely satisfied during this time with your physical product, you may return the unused items from the date of the invoice for a full refund.

If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund;  or

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Downloadable software products
  • Face to Face Workshops, Events & Online Courses (see conditions below)
  • All CDs, DVDs, videos, and printed materials such as manuals, flash cards, charts, etc.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns
must be accompanied with an authorisation number, obtainable through Perform Better Pro-Ed.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@perform-better.com.au.

Sale items apply the same as new products unless it is a clearance item or the item is damaged.

Should a cancellation or transfer be required after registration of an online course, face to face workshop or an event a $55 administration fee will apply. Cancellation where less than 5 days’ notice is given a 50% administration fee will apply. Please note if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice then we are unable to provide a refund.

These items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@perform-better.com.au and send your item to: P0 Box 1586, Carindale, QLD, 4152, Australia.

To return your product, it must be accompanied with an authorisation number, obtainable through Perform Better Pro-Ed. Your product can then be shipped to: P0 Box 1586, Carindale, OLD, 4152, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is faulty. A restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is our guarantee that every interaction you have with Perform Better Pro-Ed will be towards supporting you. As a fitness pro or Allied Health Professional, trainer, coach, educator or fitness enthusiast, you are important and meeting your needs for innovative fitness equipment and CEC accredited educational opportunities is why we exist.
