Created by BOSU® inventor David Weck, WeckMethod is an innovation company created to push the Fitness Industry. Developing proprietary products and athletic training that challenge the norms, solves problems, and provides real world value.

With a focus on human improvement and functional strength, the WeckMethod training objective is simple.

It provides everyone, regardless of their age or their ability, innovative techniques and equipment, to help continuously improve athletic movement and sustainable functional strength and balance.

To date, the company has developed 5 patented products and over 10 proprietary training methodologies.
