Erica has a Bachelor of Science from University of Cape Town, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from University of Waikato, and is currently studying a Masters in Digital Business with a focus on health tech, at University of Waikato. Erica has been involved with Power Plate since 2004 – first as a studio owner and Master franchisee in New Zealand, and from 2007 in various roles in business development, education and training, and distributor support for a range of countries in Asia Pacific.
Her experience in the super-ageing Japanese market, has provided her some interesting insights into the reality and challenges of “active ageing” programmes for this super-aged demographic.
