Content is delivered and split into five themed weeks, with new material delivered every fourth day over 90 days. Each new day comes with a video and corresponding workbook pages to complete. The exercises and homework require 30 minutes of your time. That’s 30 minutes for each new day of content to change the next 30 years. We think that’s a pretty good trade off!

Greg has worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 25 years, presenting to more than half a million people in 55 countries on behalf of companies and sponsors including Nike. Regardless of his achievements, he had recurring questions about what life was going to be like for him at 50, or even 60 and beyond. What would his future look like?
In the spirit of “enough”, he hacked his status quo. He literally turned his life upside down. After moving back to Sydney following 17 years in London, Greg studied coaching, leadership and mentoring, focusing on neuroscience, positive psychology and NLP.

This self-guided PDF workbook course is divided into five themed ‘weeks’. Each week provides 30 ‘days’ for you to learn new material as guided by the video for each day. It’s suggested you watch the video and complete the workbook activities and reflections on the first day, implement on the second day, and interact on the third day with the LIFEHACK Community Facebook page. This 3-day cycle for each new chunk of material delivered makes the program a 90-day experience.
Week 1: Awareness Week – setting our intentions and goals for the program and future; stocktaking where we’re at; asking what we want and identifying what has stopped us so far.
Week 2: Mindset Week – pinpointing the frame with which we turn up into life situations; understanding the notion of failing; identifying where fixed mindsets come from; how we silence our inner critic.
Week 3: Health Week – taking an ‘inside-out approach’; finding balance to eat right, sleep better and handle stress; understanding the motivations for wanting to live a healthier life.
Week 4: Performance Week – tapping into potential; avoiding procrastination through better time-management; understanding the art of communication and coaching through better listening and questioning.
Week 5: Momentum Week – providing strategy to keep the wins going; taking accountability for your actions; celebrating wins; showing gratitude for what we already have and have achieved.
