This indoor cycling course is designed to give you everything you need to know about teaching indoor cycling. The Revive Indoor Cycling course is a self-paced course, which means all content is available now and can be completed in your own time. (Course duration is approximately 10 hours).

This indoor cycling course is run by Ken Baldwin, Schwinn Indoor Cycling Master Trainer who is certified in over 6 different cycling programs and has been teaching indoor cycling and presenting and fitness conferences worldwide for over 20 years now.
At the end of the indoor cycling instructor course you will be required to submit a 20 min video of you teaching a class and a written multiple choice exam. Once completed satisfactorily with a pass mark of 80%, you will receive full feedback and a certificate of completion allowing you to teach ‘Freestyle Indoor Cycling’.
This course is ideal for anyone who has a passion for Indoor Cycling and would like to become an instructor. Students will need to have access to an Indoor Spin bike for this course as many of the lessons need to be done whilst applying the knowledge on the spin bike.
It is recommended that the participant has been attending cycle classes for a minimum of 1 year and that the student has a good understanding of the terminology used in Indoor Cycling. The student should also have a good knowledge of music and Cadence as part of the final exam there is a requirement to teach a class via video.
