An international and national presenter, educator, author and instructor, Laraine has been involved in Fitness Industry education, accreditation and instructor training since 1992.
She has pioneered exercise programs in regional areas and consults with government bodies. An accredited sports coach, masseur, aquatic and older adult course provider, educator and fitness instructor, kinesiologist, reflexologist, and holds 2 research Master degrees, all of which contribute to her extensive industry experience.
