Specialising in mind-set and performance coaching, Greg has spent the last 28 years helping over half a million individuals in 55 countries develop their skills and broaden their thinking. Across corporate retail, media and fitness, he draws on his extensive background, including a degree in Exercise Science (B.Sp.Sc.), a Masters in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time-Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy, and a Diploma in Coaching, Leadership & Mentoring. Greg is also an accredited Lifestyles Inventory (LSI) and Group Lifestyles Inventory (GSI) Practitioner through Human Synergistics, and an accredited Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) debriefer through Hermann International.
Greg recognises people are working against a lifetime of habits, most of which they’re not aware of and aren’t their fault. In helping people hack their status quo, he brings awareness to unhelpful patterns in thinking, feeling and behaviour to increase self-awareness, self-management and self-esteem.
